Sunny Waikoloa Village is centrally located in the comfortable elevation of 1000 feet. A modern full service grocery store, gas station, bank, and medical facilities are just a short walk away. The village is only a 30-minute drive to Keahole-Kona International Airport; not far away is shopping in Kailua-Kona; a 15-minute drive to the world famous beaches and resorts on the Kohala Coast; and 25 minutes to the cool up-country paniolo town of Waimea. Shopping, restaurants, ocean sports, sightseeing, and many of the 101 Things to do on the Big Island are just minutes away from your condominium.

Low Season - April 1 to - December 15 - $770 week ($110 daily) $2400 month ($805/daily)
High Season - December 16 to March 31 - $945 week ($135 daily) $2880 month ($95 daily)
Rates in US Funds.
All rates are taxable at 11.416% Hawaii sales and hotel room tax. A security deposit of $300 is required within 10 days of making your reservation and will be fully refunded within 14 days after your departure date if no damages, losses, or excessive cleaning charges are incurred. Your rental fee plus tax is due 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required at the time of booking if reservation is being made within the 45-day period.
CANCELLATIONS: All reservations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee if processing has commenced. Cancellations made 30-44 days prior to arrival - 50% of total stay. Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to arrival - 75% of total stay. Cancellations made 0-14 days prior to arrival - 100% of total stay. No refunds on unused portions after arrival in Hawaii. Every effor will be made to re-reserve the cancelled dates and if we can do so, we will refund the difference, minus the $100 cancellation fee.
Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards may be used for final payments only, full rental rates only.
No personal checks will be accepted for reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Minimum rental: 4 night minimum.
Discounts: May be available for longer stays and/or repeat guests.

This second floor unit has been the owner’s home away from home for several years. It is perfect for a couple but will comfortably accommodate 1 or 2 more guests. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the upstairs loft area and pull out sofa in the living room. The kitchen, dining room, living room and loft area all open up to the spectacular views of the golf course, ocean and Kohala Mountains. The kitchen is fully appointed and recently renovated with all the appliances you will need including dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. A tropical décor is evident in the living room and throughout the condo. You will stay cool and comfortable with ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom as well as large lanai screen doors. We know you will enjoy the quiet surroundings of the Waikoloa Village Condos.

Guests enjoy golf discounts at the Village Golf course and have access to the community swimming pool and tennis courts across the street. The complex boasts beautiful, well maintained tropical landscaping and has a BBQ and picnic area on-site.
Golfing and still more golfing at the Robert Trent Jones, JR. World Class Waikoloa Village Golf Course. OK so not a golfer; don't forget plenty of fun in the sun - beaches, snorkeling, ocean sports and sightseeing, all just a short drive away.
