Windwardside Guest Cottage, a charming little cottage that enjoys gorgeous views of the east end of St. John, the neighboring British Virgin Islands and Coral Bay. This home can be rented in conjunction with the main house at Windwardside or alone as your own little piece of paradise. The lush tropical plantings, built in privacy screening and the orientation of the buildings seclude them form one another. The guest cottage is very appealingly furnished, has a private hot tub, an airy enclosed shower garden and a comfortable front porch over looking the sea.
The cozy, cheerful Interior of Windwardside Guest Cottage is furnished with a queen sized four poster bed and a small seating area. The efficiency style kitchen has a two burner stove top, apartment sized refrigerator and a bar sink. It is equipped with a coffee maker, blender and toaster oven as well as pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils and dish ware. The table is high enough to serve as additional counter space. A full sized closet also holds a safe for valuables.
The covered porch has a peaceful and entrancing view of the Coral Bay. Two Adirondack chairs provide a lovely spot to watch the sailboats drift by or to savor a good book. A dining table and BBQ grill are included for preparing and enjoying outdoor meals.
The bathroom opens out onto a delightful shower garden which is enclosed on all sides with it's own little garden. A built in planter is at ground level and plants cascade down the walls from above. The shower exits onto an adjacent uncovered deck with a private hot tub where you can while away the evening hours under the brilliant Caribbean night sky.
