A perfect hide-away, centrally located in the countryside, is ideal and gives you many nearby options: to explore rain forest trails, to stroll historic Old San Juan, to lay on the beach, or simply to unwind in a hammock or at the pool overlooking a lush jungle. Maybe you’ll be up for a vigorous hike through dense, tropical plants to our cascading stream or maybe just a casual match of tennis on our private tennis court.
Your vacation rental villa will have all the comforts of home, yet with all the urban conveniences of metro San Juan amazingly close. Latin nightlife, casinos, and tax-free shopping may all be minutes away, but you will return to a secluded world that is safe, tranquil, and alive with coquis (singing frogs), tropical flowers, organic fruits, and coconut palms.

Mountain-top Garden Villa - 1,400 sq ft with two bedrooms with A/C (3 full-size beds). Handicapped friendly with large outdoor patio deck with stunning view. Starting at $145.00 per night. Weekly rates available.
Can be booked for families or groups of friends affording you complete privacy with your own 2 story villa. Private entry & parking. Starting at $275.00 per night. Weekly rates available.
Off Season: 20 September 2004 - 19 December 2004. Lower Rates Available.
Christmas/3 Kings Holidays: 20 December 2004 – 10 January 2005. Higher Rates Apply.

There is a two night minimum requirement for all bookings. Confirmed reservations require a one night deposit for two nights or 50% of total depending on length of stay and season. A 9% hotel tax is extra.
We are a privately owned & operated small resort and the financial impact of cancellations requires us to deem all deposits non-refundable. However, cancellations received 31 days prior to arrival may qualify for a credit towards a future stay.
