Relaxing atmosphere of a new country manor home located one mile outside the north entrance of nationally acclaimed Fall Creek Falls State Resort Park. From our Bed & Breakfast, the State Park is only a short drive away.

Forty acres of picturesque Tennessee rolling hills provide lush green summer foliage an abundance of hardwood trees for beautiful fall color, snow creates a winter wonderland and spring shows off the mountain Laurel, Dogwood and wildflowers in all their glory. The five acre yard around the Bed & Breakfast has two picnic tables, outdoor grill and benches for cooking out, or just enjoying the peace and solitude while horses graze in the field.
All rooms have in room phones, clock alarm radio & sound combo. In room ice water in carafes, Homemade cookies and seasonal drinks in the kitchen area, all rooms also have customized herbal bath grains, soaps, shampoo and bubble bath.
Breakfast is served as early as 8am or as late as 9am. Early bird coffee is available starting at 7am. You may choose to dine in the breakfast nook that has beautiful view through 3 large bay windows. Or, a quieter dining atmosphere is available in the formal dining room that seats four, ideal for couples traveling together. The main dining area has five individual tables for two.
Guests may enjoy the B&B's backyard area including the barbeque grill, picnic tables and benches.
The newest addition to the lodging accommodations offered by Doug & Rita Pruett is a one bedroom 829 Sq. Ft. Cypress sided cabin equipped with central heat and air conditioning and a full redwood porch.
The large picture window in the cabin's dining area and abundance of windows throughout the cabin afford a panoramic view of rolling Tennessee hills, colorful hardwood trees and grazing horses. The full front porch includes a picnic table and charcoal grill to cook and eat outside and enjoy the spectacular view.
Cabin features include a full kitchen with microwave and all necessary cooking and eating utensils. Living room area has an upright piano for the music enthusiast. Bedroom has queen size bed and full walk in closet, all linens and paper products provided. Bathroom has full tub/shower, combination tub is a one person whirlpool to enjoy after a long hike.
Meadowbrook Cabin has been decorated by Rita with as much care to detail and beauty as the guestrooms at the bed & breakfast. To celebrate life in a totally unspoiled setting Meadowbrook Cabin offers the ultimate in privacy and solitude.

Pearl Melissa Room, named for Rita's grandmother has cherry Federal style furniture. With four poster queen bed, silk wing-back chairs, crystal lamps, and pickled oak floors. An antique wedding dress of days gone by complete the Victorian decor. Private bath with tub/shower combo, window view.
Ruby Belle Room, named for Doug's grandmother has cherry furniture with a four poster queen rice plantation bed. Tiffany style lamps, antique dress and soft blue and white decor add to the by gone-era atmosphere of this beautiful Victorian style room. Window view, pickled oak floors, downstairs room. Private bath with tub/shower combo.
Sweetheart Room, features solid brass queen bed and large red heart-shaped whirlpool for two. Antique Queen of Heart lamps and hand painted Victorian hearts & roses over the whirlpool complete this one of a kind room. Pickled oak floors, window view, bathrobes provided. Private bath tub/shower combo.
Wild Rose Suite, Approximately 650 square feet. Bedroom has Rita's great grandmother antique maple queen bed. Pickled oak floors throughout the suite, with coffee maker, bathrobes, guest refrigerator and adjacent sitting area with gas log fireplace (for winter visitors) and large heart shaped pink whirlpool for two. Also CD/cassett player, Victorian rose lamps, loveseat sofa and extra chair.
Catherine Evella Room, was named for Rita's mother. It has antique cherry full size bed, hand layed pickled oak floors, cozy 1920's decor. Window view, private bath with tub/shower combo.
Paunee Elizabeth Room, is an elegant guestroom with antique maple furniture, and antique queen size bed. Window view, with wing back chairs ideal for reading. Private bath with full tub/shower combo. Print wallpaper, carpeted floors, quilts and framed antique post card add to the cozy comfort of this unique guest room named for Doug's mother.
Jenny Lynn Room, (not pictured) the only room available with two beds which are antique Jenny Lynn style. Queen and twin beds with country quilts. Upstairs room, carpeted floor, window view, printed wallpaper. Private bath with full tub/shower combo.

The Park also has an 18-hole championship golf course, horseback riding, standard bike rentals with paved bike trails, and Mountain Bike rentals to challenge a new Mountain Bike trail. Also a 350+ acre fishing lake, canoe and paddle boat rentals for sport or a romantic, scenic trip around the lake. Tennis courts and swimming facilities are also available. This park is one of the last free admission State Parks in the U.S.
