We have a sensational Villa available for monthly lease in the gated Community of Rancho Sin Vacas in Tucson Foothills area 15 minutes from the downtown core. Situated among the winding roads of the Santa Catalina Mountain Foothills, picturesque Rancho Sin Vacas (Ranch without Cows) offers the charm of the Southwest. Adobe architecture abounds and desert vegetation, including rare two-hundred year old Saguaro (pronounced Sooharo) Cacti, fills the landscape. During the day, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Catalina Mountains --- at night, a panorama of city lights twinkles below.
This furnished villa is available for a 3-month lease. We have found this accommodation to be ideal for Snow Birds who like to vacation with old friends while enjoying the comforts of home in a friendly community like Sin Vacas.
With its inviting characteristic Adobe architecture and Southwestern decor, this Villa enjoys a stunning view of the Catalina Mountains. Saguaros, Mesquite trees, and distant vistas. It is 1200 Sq. Ft. in size, is ceramic tiled and carpeted and has a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a guest room with two twin beds, two four-piece bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a fireplace and flat screen TV, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, plus air-conditioning and a furnace. The backyard includes new landscaping and a patio off the living area and master bedroom. A parking space is available for guests and privileges for all the Sin Vacas facilities are included.
