Property Information
Conveniently located on the Cape's warmest south shore, West Dennis boasts one of the Cape's finest beaches complete with all facilities. This L-shaped ranch is ideal for two families with kids. It is located on a private circle of residential homes. Each wing has two bedrooms and a bathroom at the end for privacy and the living room dining room and kitchen are in the center of the home for relaxing get togethers. Outside is a secluded patio and back yard complete with picnic table, loungers, barbeque and outside shower etc. Our closest beach (South Village Road Beach) is the nicest and only 7/10th mile away, it has parking and toilets. Your weekly Dennis parking permit is also valid for north shore beaches which makes this one of the best towns to visit if you want to try different beaches during your stay.
