**Magical Waterfront Vacation Home on Sparkling Freshwater Pond.**
The enchantment begins each morning you wake to the sun shimmering over the surface of the water. A million facets like diamonds draw you to the waters edge, casting its spell upon you. Swim in the crystal cool water, and then enjoy breakfast on the patio joined by the sound of birds in the trees (recently spotted there in the yard; a bright red Northern Cardinal and his mate). It's quiet here and you will be able to absorb that into your life.
Everything is provided to make my house your home. Just bring your own fresh linens and towels. Spacious 3-bedroom 1 and � bath house offers a tranquil setting for a summer vacation. Complete kitchen plus washer/dryer and dishwasher, has all new appliances. Living room, family room with queen size sofa bed, deck & patio make this an ideal spot for a family summer getaway, and the Soapstone Fireview Woodstove makes the house cozy and warm during the off season. Close to ocean beaches, golf, tennis, shopping and the Cape Cod Bike Path.
With views of the water from nearly every window, and just steps away from a fresh water beach for swimming and fishing, or just relax in the hammock with a great book and listen the fish jump.

We had a wonderful vacation in Cape Cod. Thank you for letting us stay at your house on Elbow Pond. It is beautiful on and around the pond. We were able to enjoy it on our canoe. The kids, ages 11, 9 & 6 loved fishing and feeding the turtles. We enjoyed all the different beaches and tidal pools (along Cape Cod Bay) as well. It was a perfect vacation, thank you.
We would love to stay at your house again if you are still renting, if we return to the Cape.

We had such a good time last summer that we decided to come back. On our last day, a pair of swans came to visit. My two little girls were charmed and dragged everyone down to the pond to see them. They stayed for the entire morning swimming around near the dock while the girls fed them bread, read the swans a story. Don't rent our weeks, we'll be back next summer.

We returned from your house on Elbow Pond yesterday. My family always enjoys the Cape, and we had a really nice time again. The location of the house was perfect for downtime for my kids. My son fished like crazy from your dock (w/ much success) and the girls enjoyed the turtles and the hammock. It made for more peaceful "house" time than usual. We really like Brewster--it's so centrally located, but peaceful and pretty. Thanks!! We had a great family vacation.

We just returned from the house at Elbow Pond - we had a great week there. My kids loved the Pond - particularly all the turtles around the dock!! We have been going to the Cape for a long time and had a very relaxing week at your house. I would recommend to anyone staying at your place with kids to check out the Sea Street Beach in Dennis - off Rte 6A East and Rte 134... A beautiful beach with alot of tidal pools - great for smaller kids. I will return your key on Monday via snail mail.

"It was great, we had a ball. We went whale watching out of Provincetown one day, and spent a few days at Cahoon Hollow Beach. The rest of the time we just spent around the house enjoying the peace and quiet. You have a rooster across the pond that's the laziest rooster I've ever heard. He was never up before 9:AM. You could count on him every morning like clockwork. I was always up 2 hours before him, it got to be comical after a while."
