Sea Dream is a home of contemporary design with an unobstructed view of MacKerricher State Park Beach. Walk out the front door and you are literally 30 seconds from the sand.
Three bedrooms and 2.5 baths offer comfort for up to 10 people with room in the backyard for the kids to play. There are hundreds of square feet of redwood deck surrounding the house. The owners are occasionally on site in an apartment adjacent to the house.
With high-vaulted, open-beam ceilings, you are surrounded with a majestic ambiance - perfect for enjoying a family gathering or intimate get-together. The built-in spa faces the back deck and is covered for enjoyment...rain or shine.
