The master bedroom with ensuite(which includes a large walk-in shower) is on the 3rd floor. The bed has a high qrade queen size mattress with down duvets and high quality linens. Off the master bedroom is a 30 x 30 foot deck offering ultimate privacy as it is not at all overlooked. There is a hot-tub, barbeque and patio furniture. The second bedroom has the option of sleeping a couple in a king sized bed or splitting the bed into twins. It has an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower and a separate balcony with deck furniture. This room can be "locked-off" from the main floor, making it a private room for families and friends who like their own space. From each of the bedrooms there are also mountain views. The views from the deck are up to Whistler Mountain and beyond.
The living room has one queen hide-a-bed/sofabed (2 persons). This sofabed has a high grade quality mattress to ensure a good nights rest. From the living area, there is a beautiful mountain view and the unit is completely away from any road noise as it is located at the back of the complex.
The kitchen has a medium fridge, range/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, matching dishes, matching glasses, matching cutlery, blender, dishwasher, pots and pans and kettle.
Washer/dryer in unit - BBQ for unit (private) - Deck attached to unit - Air conditioning in unit - Swimming pool -This unit is the largest 2 bedroom unit within complex. The biggest feature of the property is the huge private deck area that allows complete privacy and has a private hot tub for 6 people. There is a private barbecue along with deck chairs and table. There are 2 other decks off the living room and Bedroom 2. Owner is able to arrange discounted lift tickets, ski lessons and rental.

Housekeeping provided prior to arrival/after departure. Optional daily maid service for a fee.
Owner is willing to arrange the rental of crib, playpen or highchair.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund unless re-rented.

$500 security and damage deposit to be provided upon check-in. Will be fully refunded upon check-out provided there is no damage to unit.

3 championship golf courses located within Whistler and they are all with a 1km distance to this unit. 2 mins away from the free shuttle bus. The bus takes approx. 5 mins to ski lifts. The walk is approx. 10 mins. 15 minute walk to the nearest local swimming lake called Lost Lake. Alternatively, there is a free shuttle bus located across the street from the unit that takes you directly to the Lost Lake Area. There are several other lakes within Whistler and all of these have beach access and are located within a short driving distance to this unit.
