Property Description

This year round large colonial estate located in Ashville, NY sits on 4 acres of land with 400 feet of frontage directly on Chautauqua Lake. The home has recently been updated and features 11 bedrooms, a grand living and dining space with a private dock. The estate includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels and bedding. There is also a washer and dryer on-site. Enjoy views of the lake from the large front porch and plenty of outdoor space.

The estate is located just 4 miles from the historical Chautauqua Institute and 3 miles from Bemus Point. It is a great place for a family reunion or a vacation with family and friends!

Testimonials

We spent a family vacation at this wonderful, well equipped, idyllic home on the edge of the lake. The house was spacious, inviting and comfortable. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking and the fire pit at the lakefront. There was lots to do in the area in spite of the bad weather. Chautauqua Institute was a 5 minute drive. Jamestown was 20 minutes by car and a good spot to spend a rainy day. The homeowners were very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this house for large groups.
