Property Information
COMPLETELY REMODELED. Off season weekend specials.
Summertime: bask in the sun on the beach, or curl up with a book in the shade in the garden. Autumn: walk the shores, or sit by the fire. Spring: enjoy the bloom of flowers and the salt air. Every season has its own delights here on the Connecticut shore.
Situated at the rear of a cluster of shore houses at 98 Limewood Avenue, the Ennis Cottage is away from street and traffic noise, but within 200 feet of a private beach. The cottage is tastefully furnished and supervised by the owners.
In minutes one can sit with a panoramic view of Long Island Sound, between Haycock point and Indian Neck, looking out toward Green Island and the Thimble Islands. Fishing and boating are excellent.
A small park within one mile offers tennis, basketball, and a children's playground. A marketplace, liquor store, laundry, and two restaurants are within walking distance, and a larger mall and churches are with a few miles. Two casinos are within an hour drive and IKEA is 15 minutes away.
The entire house has been renovated. The living room has wall-to-wall carpeting, a new full-size futon, and a love seat, several chairs, bureau, television, VCR, telephone, wireless internet, cathedral ceiling, and stove with gas log.
The kitchen is new and well equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware. The bedroom has a double bed with drawers beneath, closet, built in air conditioner. Wall-to-wall carpeting. Guests bring own towels and bed linen, all double bed size. Towels and sheets can be provided for an additional fee.

We rent Saturday at 2 p.m. to Saturday at 10 a.m.
Off season (4/19 - 6/21)(9/13-11/15) $750
Mid(6/21 - 7/12 and 8/30 - 9/13)$800/week. High Season(7/12 to 8/29)$850/wk
We require a 50% deposit with balance due 30 days before your arrival. Once we reach that 30 day point, the rental fee is nonrefundable unless we are able to
rebook the property. If we rebook the property we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill less a $25 cancellation fee.
A $100 security deposit will be refunded if the place is left clean.
