Villa # 76, a Superior Tropical Garden villa, is one of our most frequently requested villas! Enjoy the cool feeling of marble floors on your bare feet throughout this spacious, open and inviting home. The exquisitely verdant rear gardens are sheltered by an elegant stone wall replete with lush tropical plantings, providing the ultimate in villa privacy for entertaining and late night swims in the illuminated turquoise pool. The refreshing large classic designed pool is enhanced with a lovely waterfall, an added therapeutic sound for poolside lounging and al fresco dining.
All four bedrooms are well designed for maximum comfort with en suite marble bathrooms. The two enormous master suites open to a private terrace in the rear and front gardens and one features a totally private outdoor/open-sky luxurious Jacuzzi, the other master suite offers an outdoor/open shower. The two guest bedrooms feature ample open space and one has a private terrace pool side terrace in the back garden as well. Three of the bedrooms have king size beds and one has a queen. Large service quarters with queen bed, full bath and shower which can comfortably be used as a fifth bedroom. They all feature AC, fine Portuguese cotton spreads and high quality individual sound systems. An additional luxurious marble guest bathroom is located off the great room. A spacious, fully equipped eat-in-kitchen is located with easy access to the oversized pool terrace for catering and entertaining. A second story, private patio is an ideal retreat for sunbathing.
Villa decor boasts refined Caribbean elegance with large overstuffed furnishings in relaxing subtle tones, and superb Caribbean art.
