Lovely Beach Condo 15C With HD Wide Screen TV
When you arrive you will walk up a short flight of stairs to my condo. Actually it is quite private and relaxing. This townhouse condo has everything you may need. Most accommodating with lots of extras including my new HD wide screen TV.
The entire bottom floor has 16x16 ceramic tile. Living space is 1150 sq.ft. which makes this a very spacious comfortable vacation condo. Kitchen is fully equipped including an extra large electric griddle which is great for the large breakfast feast.
This condo has a bonus room which is so comfortable. Room has a quality futon with a 9" mattress. It may be used as a sitting room or an additional bedroom. Great for the kids! It has a small wicker dresser, wicker storage chest for the linens, and a closet. You will love it!
Relax on the leather sofa sleeper or lounge on a leather rocker/recliner while watching the 34" HD (high definition) wide screen TV with cable channels. 1/2 bath downstairs for you convenience.
As you look out the sliding doors you will see a high top table with 4 swivel chairs and a new BBQ grill. Also, a large rubbermaid storage chest filled with beach chairs, beach umbrella, tennis rackets and balls, and other goodies.
Upstairs you will find a King size bed in the master bedroom with a 20" flat screen TV with DVD on a wall mount. The master bathroom has double sinks, bathtub and shower. A full size washer/dryer in the hall closet which is much needed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. Perfect for a couple or the kids. Also, a private bathroom with shower. This room has a TV/VCR.
Tropical decor and palm trees gives this condo a Key West beachy atmosphere. What a great Florida feeling!
Although there isn't a view of the ocean you will enjoy the sounds of the ocean while you sip your favorite cold beverage on the balcony. The view of the lagoon is pleasant. You may even enjoy watching the tennis players in the distance. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The indoor heated pool is just a few steps away in the next building along with racquetball, exercise room, and a sauna.

The 85ft. pool is fabulous and one of the largest pools on the beach.
A jacuzzi to relax and rest those tired muscles.
Indoor heated pool for the cooler winter days.
Racquetball; Tennis courts-rackets and balls included in condo.
Sauna to relax in.
All the kitchen appliances including large electric griddle, egg beater, crock pot, etc.
Local phone line for internet service.

During the warmer months the pool is where you want to be. Huge 85' pool, kiddie pool, and a Jacuzzi is also there for you to relax in. A fun place to be! The private walkway to the beach is at the pool area.
Take a ride along the beach or cruise around town. Also, tennis rackets/tennis balls if you feel a bit athletic.
During the cooler months the heated indoor pool is closeby in the next building. Along with exercise room, racquetball and a sauna.
The town is full of fun things to do. The Fort downtown is a great place for adults and kids, the Alligator Farm, The Lighthouse, Deep Sea Fishing, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and many other things to do. Take a walk through the cobblestone streets of the Historic District. You may want to take a tour in the horse and buggy.
Lots of great restaurants. A few of my favorites are South Beach Grill, just south of 206 and A1A, the Conch House Restaurant and Marina just south of the Bridge of Lions off A1A. The A1A Ale House at the Bridge of Lions, Sunset Grill on A1A and near Pope Rd. The Famous Oasis Restaurant and Lounge if you like music while dining, going south of 312 bridge on A1A. Osteen's south of Bridge of Lions on A1A have great Shrimp dinners.
