Want a wonderful vacation spot? You have it all here! Walk into this light and bright home with beautiful paintings, leather sleeper sofa, and large hot tub. Bring your boat or use the kayak and cruise down the intercoastal waterway to the oldest city in the country. You may just want to relax and watch your favorite TV/DVD/VCR show on this HD Wide Screen TV.
Floors are ceramic tile and carpet in the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have 20" flat screen TV/DVD. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and a twin. You will love the large walk in closet. Master bedroom has a private full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is very colorful with fish decor and has a double bed and a twin. Just look at my pictures and you will see how comfortable and cheerful this home is. The kitchen has all the appliances you will need and very accommodating. You will enjoy the view of the waterway while relaxing in the large hot tub. Just what you will need after a busy day. If you love to watch TV.... Another flat screen TV on wall mount under my new 14x48 covered patio by the hot tub and pool.
Bring your boat if you wish and dock it on the 10x20 floating dock. There are two boat ramps within a mile. The 2 seater ocean kayak is ready for you with oars and life jackets. Maybe a ride to the beach on the beach bikes sounds better. Just have fun and do it all! Don't worry about keeping in touch with your family and friends since my telephone service has unlimited long distance in the United States. Ride the bikes or walk to the beach which is just a few minutes away. This area has special designated beach access walkway.
Heated salt water inground pool was completed on October 29, 2004 and it looks beautiful! It was designed so the first step is very large and about one foot deep to use as a kiddie pool or area to sunbathe. The deck around the pool is huge for outdoor BBQ's. The new white vinyl privacy fence and palm trees makes this a beautiful tropical setting.

$100.00 cleaning fee (refundable if you choose to thoroughly clean and replace items used)

In this area you have the best of both worlds!! The intercoastal waterway to go boating or kayaking and the beach access to enjoy the ocean waves, sunbathing, swimming, and the view. The Historic District is only about 10 minutes north of here.
Restaurants and shopping is close by. My favorite beach is about 1/2 mile south of my home. You will find The South Beach Grill Restaurant/Lounge overlooking the ocean, plenty of parking, pavillions, and rest rooms. If you decide to go boating or kayaking I ride south to the Matanzas Bridge. It is a great place to park your boat/kayak and enjoy floating in the calm waters on a raft and sunbath. You may like to fish from the shoreline. You will see many boats parked here on a sunny day. If you have never been to St. Augustine you will love it! Please ask me any questions you may have.
