A waterfront, fully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom condominium across from the Paradise Village Beach Resort and Spa, a Five Star world class resort in Nuevo Vallarta, ten miles north of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Just 15 minutes from the international airport.
The condo is within a recently completed, security gated, private 54 unit development called Ocean Vista Residences which is separated from the Paradise Village Resort by the water channel that connects the resort marina with Banderas Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The condo complex is completely self contained with its own private bay front swimming pool, spa and barbeque area. The private location of the condo, with its continuous sounds of the bay and waves, provides peaceful seclusion, yet the condo is only a water taxi away from the Paradise Village Resort itself, with all of its many activities for singles, couples and families. Access to the resort requires a small $1.50 per person/per day access fee and there is a minimal daily use fee charged for the use of the European Health Spa and exercise facility at the Resort. Guests staying at the condo are required to check in at the Resort and open a credit account there to which all Resort expenses may be charged during your stay. The account must be settled and closed prior to departure.
The condo is a waterfront, second floor corner unit with a large wrap-around balcony that fronts on both Banderas Bay and the Paradise Village Marina and has a 180 degree water view. The condo development is gated with 24 hour security. The condo is fully furnished with a completely equipped kitchen, formal dining area, living room, washer, dryer, air conditioning, satellite TV and telephone for local and credit card calls. Daily or periodic maid service is available for set fees and may be arranged on arrival.
The condo can accomodate only 6 people, adults and children. The master bedroom is waterfront and has a king size bed and a large marble and tile bath with Jacuzzi bathtub. The second bedroom has two full sized beds with a separate marble and tile bathroom. There is also a hide-a-bed in the living room.

The condo is available for rent on a weekly basis, with multiple week or extra day rentals by prior arrangement and reservation only. Condo rental rates and availability vary according to the seasons of the year. The holiday season is the highest demand and begins December 16th and ends January 4th of each year. Easter week is also included in the holiday rental rates. The next highest rental demand is the winter season that begins November 1st and continues through May 1st, excluding Easter week. The spring, summer and fall season rates begin May 1st and continue to November 1st. Late August and September are generally the rainy season in Puerto Vallarta, an exciting time to sit beneath ocean front palapas at night, either at the Paradise Village resort or at one of the many beach front restaurants downtown, while enjoying the rain and lightning shows over Banderas bay.
