The views from Pink House (so called because of the color of it's roof) are beautiful beyond description and change constantly. A cocktail at sunset on the large covered porch or even larger open veranda is an event to remember. One thing you shouldn't expect is a maid, chauffeur and cook. That's a different vacation in a different part of the world.
Guests are mere steps above the white sand beach. The house offers private access to unparalleled crystal-clear water and soft white sand. With only a few homes built in the area, White Bay remains Jost's most exclusive and least inhabited spot to vacation. Lounge by the water's edge with a pina colada or dive into the warm Caribbean water. Far from the tourist spots, White Bay guarantees a unique island experience, lulling you into a slower pace of life, pampering you with tropical sunshine and sweet tropical nights.
The Pink House was built on the foundation of the first house ever built on the East end of White Bay (this should tell you something about its location!). While at the house, you will probably spend most of your time, including dining, on the large covered porch or on the verandahs. There's just no place like it; you'll be mesmerized and probably won't want to go indoors except to sleep.
The house accommodates 6 comfortably. It consists of a combined living room/dining room area, kitchen, two large bedrooms with bathrooms and showers, and a third bedroom on the lower level which also contains the owners' closets and the clothes washer and dryer. One of the bathrooms on the main floor is designed to privately accommodate one of the bedrooms and other guests, including those staying in the third bedroom. There's an outside shower by the third bedroom which is used when coming from the beach-but which can also be used as accessory to the third bedroom.
The living room has a t.v., VCR and entertainment center, including speakers in the covered porch; the kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave. And of course there's a telephone.

The Winter Season is from December 1st to April 30th, and the Off Season is from May 1st to November 30th. Rentals normally run weekly from Saturday at 4PM to the following Saturday at 11AM, but circumstances and prior bookings permitting, variations can be made.
Generally, when bookings are made on a daily basis, the rates are $400/day Winter Season, $300/day Off Season.
Weekly Rental Rates:
$2,750 per week during the Winter Season
$2,100 during the Off Season
Rates are for a maximum of 6 people.

The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people by using the futon in the living room as a bed for an additional $300 week.

Linens, towels, and pillows are provided, as well as some beach chairs and toys. There is a charcoal grill, TV/VCR, stereo/CD player, phone, small library, games, and local guidebooks.
