Oceans Edge Condos are privately owned fully equipped beachfront condos that are rented to just a few select vacationers each year; these vacationers do not wish to stay in a plain boring hotel room.
All of our condos are the equivalent to a deluxe suite in an upscale hotel, but without the crowds and nosey hotel staff (with their hands stretched out for tips).
Our condos are up to U.S.A. standards featuring ceiling fans, air conditioning throughout, feature 110V electricity, and are completely furnished & decorated!
Each condo has a phone & answering machine; so be sure to ask for the telephone # in your condo when making your reservation. This way jealous family and friends can call you when a snow blizzard is blowing at home and you are on the beach in our glorious sunshine tanning in front of your very own condo...we even provide a PC and internet access in each condo at no charge!

$25 per night for each additional person (max 4 people in 1 BR.
Please add 14% tax/energy surcharge to the above rates.
5 night minimum stay (7 night minimum stay December 24 -January 2).
Start your vacation on any day of the week, and end it on any day!
$200 refundable damage deposit required on all rentals.
Beach lounges, internet service, & mid week maid service included in the above rates at no extra charge!
We also offer month long rentals on non-beachfront units!

All condos are located DIRECTLY on Simpson Bay beach, on the Dutchside of the island, 75 feet from the oceans edge. Thus our name, "Oceans Edge Condos"
(One bedroom condos have 1 queen bed in Bedroom and 1 queen sleeper sofa in the Living room.)
Pots/pans/cooking utensils, silverware/eating utensils,
and plates/bowls/cups are included.
Also, all our condos include at no charge:
Direct Beachfront location, AMFM Stereo CD and Cassette player, a PC and internet connection. Free Local Phone calls (and an answering machine too!). Marble Floors throughout. 110V electricity (same as in the U.S.A.) Private beachfront terrace patio. All bed linens, pillows, towels. Free mid-week maid service. Free use of in condo safe for your valuables. Free beach lounges and umbrella. On island management staff to assist you.
All Condos feature dining rooms that seat 4, as well as seating for 4 on our beachfront patio terraces!
Lots of towels are provided. Full size refrigerator & freezer (not some hotel mini fridge!). Charcoal grill on beachfront terrace for cooking out. Oversized closets in all bedrooms.
Queen sized Serta "Perfect Sleeper" mattress set in bedroom with Tempurpedic memory foam topper for comfort. Sleeper sofa with a "deluxe" Queen size innerspring mattress.
