Lovely Beach Condo 15B With HD Wide Screen TV
HD Wide Screen TV in my Lovely Beach Condo with Bonus Rm Condo complex has a 85 ft.Pool and hot tub overlooking the ocean. When you arrive you will walk up a short flight of stairs to my Condo. You will not be passing by any other doors. It is quite private and relaxing.
The entire bottom floor has 16x16 ceramic tile.
The Living space of 1150 sq. ft. makes this a very spacious condo.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a brand new side-by-side refrigerator and a brand new smooth top stove/oven. Other appliances included are an extra large electric griddle for a large breakfast feast, toaster, coffee maker, can opener, microwave oven, crock pot, and all the dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, etc. you will need.
This condo has a bonus room, which is so comfortable. This room has a quality futon with a 9" mattress. It may be used as a sitting room or an additional bedroom. Great for the kids! It has a small wicker dresser, wicker storage chest for the linens, and a closet. You will love it!
Relax on the very comfortable sofa (sleeper) or in the arm chair while watching the HD (high definition) wide screen TV with cable channels. 1/2 bath is located downstairs for your convenience.
As you look out the sliding doors you will see a high top table with 4 swivel chairs and a BBQ grill. Also, beach chairs, umbrella, tennis rackets and balls, and other goodies.
Upstairs you will find a queen size bed in the master bedroom along with a 20" flat screen TV with DVD on a wall mount. The master bath has double sinks, bathtub and shower. A washer/dryer in the hall closet is a much-needed amenity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed with a private bathroom with shower. Perfect for a couple or the kids. This room has a TV and VCR.
Tropical decor and palm trees give this condo a Key West beach atmosphere. What a great Florida feeling!
Although there isn't a view of the ocean you will enjoy the sound of the ocean while you sip your favorite cold beverage on the balcony. A view of the lagoon is pleasant. You may even enjoy watching the tennis players in the distance. It is only a 2-minute walk to the ocean.
The indoor heated pool, along with racquetball, exercise room and sauna is just a few steps away in the next building,

The 85ft. pool is fabulous and one of the largest pools on the beach. A Jacuzzi is available to relax those tired muscles. For the cooler days there is an indoor heated pool, indoor racquetball, sauna and an exercise room.If you would like to play tennis I have provided tennis rackets and balls. Also, beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella for your use.

St. Augustine is known for being the oldest city in the Country. You will enjoy many things to do such as touring the Fort, the downtown Historic District, Alligator Farm, Lighthouse, fishing, boating, dining out, shopping, golfing, or just a romantic walk along the beach. Disney World is about a 2-hour drive and Jacksonville Airport is about an hour away.
