Facilities include: Direct access to the beach, Huge Swimming Pool, Gym with Sauna, Tennis and Basketball Courts, Playgrounds, BBQ areas, Coin Laundry Room, Private Parking and 24 hr Security Guards. This Condo is close to restaurants, famous hotels and casinos. It has a large variety of retail stores, Pharmacies, fast food establishments, rental car locations, Clubs; all you need just within walking distance. Only five minutes from the airport.

Policies
Minimum of 5 nights rental. Monthly rates are available upon request. No pets allowed. Check-in time between 2pm & 3pm and Check-out time at 11am. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposits
A $200.00 Security Deposit is required. It may vary depending on the lenght of the stay. Full deposit must be received within 10 days after signing the contract by certified check, cashiers check, or money order, to hold the reservation (No personal Checks or credit cards accepted). Security Deposit is fully refundable upon check-out inspection. Any damages, broken or missing articles will be deducted from deposit. Except for normal wear and tear.
Refunds
Tenant has 30 days prior to arrival to cancel. Any deposit held will be refunded less a handling fee of $50.00. If the tenant cancels less than 30 days prior to arrival, the security deposit will be forfeited in full. There will be no refunds for early departure.
