Ristaba is in, commanding views of 4 bays from Hart Bay to the south, Chocolate Hole, Great Cruz Bay and Cruz Bay to the north.
On a clear day, St. Croix and Puerto Rico are also visible as well as many smaller islands.
With the 4 bedroom main house and additional cottage, Ristaba can accommodate from 2 - 12 people with complete comfort.
The upside down floorplan gives the most spectacular views from the Great Room on the upper level.
An all Teak custom kitchen will feed your entire group (with help from you). The Teak dining table seats 12 and the living area has fabulous plush chairs!
Outdoor dining or relaxing on the upper deck is a breeze and the extensive gardens will delight your view from all angles.
Ristaba has one of the biggest pools on St. John with a large covered deck area and wet bar.
The two master suites are poolside with King beds and baths with garden showers.
The two garden suites with private bath can be made as a King or twin beds.
A path winds through the garden to the pool.
The cottage can only be rented with the main house (never separately).It offers another living/dining area, 2 bedrooms (Queen and Twins) and bath. There is also a private spa.
Cottage views are enhanced by the lovely gardens surrounding the entire property. The fabulous Ficus tree now fully covers the view from cottage to house enhancing the privacy.

There is a full entertainment center. All bedrooms have A/C. Kitchen: lp gas cooktop/oven, full frig, toaster oven, kitchenaid blender, drip coffee maker.
Cable TV, VCR/, CD/ stereo in Living room.
Master suites are 2 king beds with full baths and outdoor showers. 2 bedrooms with two twins each that can make as kings with linens and full bath with garden access.
Cottage has additional full kitchen, living/dining area with cable TV/VCR and stereo and ½ bath, separate phone line. 5th bedroom is queen bed and 6th has two twins
Shared full bath. Huge private pool with wet bar and mini-frig and stereo.

**The cottage is never rented separately, however if you do not rent it the owners retain the right to use it. (They would not have access to pool or any main house facilities).
