Property Information
This waterfront condo is in a popular,
safe beach community just North of Fort
Lauderdale. The building is friendly with
special character and design touches
not found in most South Florida condos.
It is casual, tropical, carefully
maintained and well suited for upscale
business and vacation travelers. A
relaxing get-away that's close to
everything.
The condo is in a perfect location within
a short, scenic walk to the beach, boat
rentals, diving/snorkeling boats, party
and charter fishing boats, nail and
beauty salons, gourmet fish store,
supermarket and dozens of shops and
restaurants. We have a beautiful,
heated swimming pool right on the
Intracoastal Waterway where you can
spend the day or evening watching the
passing yachts. The closest 18-hole
golf course is a five-minute drive.
Tennis is a five minute walk.

Rates for holidays and special events
may be higher. For longer stays, every
fourth consecutive week is discounted.
A 50% deposit is required to hold a
reservation. The balance plus $100 exit
cleaning fee, 11% state and local taxes
and $850 / $1,000 security deposit are
due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept
Mastercard and Visa.
