"Cottages by the Ocean" is a small,
well-kept property of enchanting Key
West-style studio cottages. We are a
Visit Florida partner, and are nationally
rated as a Superior Small Lodging. The
Cottages are less than two blocks from
one of South Florida's best public
beaches (with life guards), and a short
walk to dozens of restaurants, shops,
nightspots, public fishing pier,
snorkel/dive boats, charter fishing
boats, jet ski and boat rentals, day
spas, drug store, gourmet fish market
and more. The closest 36-hole golf
facility is a five-minute drive. I-95 is a
10-minute drive for easy access
to attractions and shopping throughout
South Florida.
The Cottages are located on a quiet
street in the safe, oceanside community
of Pompano Beach, 15 min. North of
downtown Fort Lauderdale. Each newly
restored cottage (2002) has fully
equipped kitchen, sleeping and living
areas, vaulted ceilings with beams
and paddle fans, large screened-in
porches, central deck area and lush
landscaping. The unit includes a
king size bed and sleeper sofa (full).

| Required Stay: Three night minimum stays. |
| Deposits: A 50% deposit of the rent, exit cleaning fee and taxes is due upon signing the lease. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 toward a security deposit is due prior to arrival, and can be put on a guest’s credit card as a temporary hold on the money instead of a charge to the card. |
| Lodging Tax: 11 percent. |
| Cancellation Policy: n the event of cancellation, the Guest is responsible for paying the full amount of rent for the contracted lease. The Landlord will refund monies realized from re-renting the unit during all or part of the same rental period, minus a $300 administration fee. Travel insurance is recommended for anyone who is unsure whether they may need to cancel. |
| Other Fees: Exit Cleaning Fee: Studio $75, One Bedroom $100 |
