The best of both worlds - great ocean views, but at an ocean block rate! Located just behind the ocean front townhouses, this one is situated to have ocean views from the living room, bedroom, loft, and 2 huge decks. You also get a fantastic pool view from the deck on the other side! Plenty of room for the 10 people this home accommodates. There are 4 bedrooms, and a loft, in addition to the living room, kitchen, dining area and three baths. (the 4th bedroom has it's own separate entrance and deck overlooking pool.) Did I mention 3 huge decks to sunbathe on? (The owner has supplied lots of comfy deck furniture.) There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TV's, (with premium cable package)Netflix, 2 DVD players, Free WiFi, telephone, central a/c, and parking for 1 -2 cars in the garage, depending on vehicle size. The property is Non Smoking, Pets are Not allowed. *Note - there is also quite a bit of street parking in this area. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00.
