Welcome to the Santa Barbara Luxury Beach Getaways - 2 blocks to beach, & downtown. A winning combination of location, quality and price!
We offer 5 Getaways which are in the most desirable location in Santa Barbara, the Historic West Beach Area, just steps away from the beach, Public Pool, Stearns Wharf, harbor, world-class dining, and downtown shops, including our own local farmers market. Leave your car and worries behind. We even offer RARE off street reserved parking.
We can host from 1 to 21 and have been successful with both couples seeking a romantic getaway as well as families. All our Getaways are located in a building that survives the early 1900's. My husband and I spent a year working with craftsman’s and designers to create a unique vacation rental reflecting the unique style of Santa Barbara. The hand cast plaster gives it both a romantic and European feeling. And the 10-foot ceilings, Waterford fireplace, hard wood and limestone floors all add to its ambiance. Each Getaway has its own private entrance, parking and private courtyard, terrace or veranda complete with Italian Fountains, chaise lounges, table & chairs and gas grills.
The Ocean and Beach Getaway are separated by a formal entry way making it easy to roam freely between the two. Additionally they both look out onto the encased large front yard with a rose covered pergola and bistro set,in addition to having their own private encased courtyards. All of the Getaways are on the ground floor with the exception of the Beach Penthouse.
This is all complimented with new and immaculately clean bathrooms, free wireless broadband internet access, exquisite hand selected antiques from Europe, luxury linens, Waterford fireplaces, private washer and dryers, to name a few.
The Luxury Beach Getaways are a rare, high quality vacation destination in the heart of Santa Barbara! You will not find a comparable vacation rental for the price!
Some helpful hints when comparing to our Beach Competitors: We are not adjacent to the railroad tracks or highway. We are not on a commercial thorough fare. We offer private on site reserved parking and are on one level (no steep stairs leading to an attic that you can not stand up in). Finally, we offer bathrooms that are new and immaculately clean.

Rates range for low, mid and high season, as follows:
The Ocean Getaway from $1,295 - $2,095
The Beach Getaway from $1,095 - $1,695
The Luxury Beach Penthouse from $995 - $1,395
The Luxury Secret Getaway from $995 - $1,395
The Luxury Seaside Getaway from $995 - $1,495
Please inquire for daily, weekly or monthly. However there is a 3 day minimum and a weekly minimum in the months of June, July and August. A 12% cleaning fee applies.
Cancellations and Refunds
o 50% of the rental fee, excluding the refundable security deposit, will not be returned if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the rental start date, unless property is leased to another for that period
o The entire deposit will not be returned if cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to the rental start date, unless property is leased to another for that period
Deposits
o A deposit of 50% of the rental fee, plus refundable security deposit, are required 30+ days prior to the stay, in order to secure a reservation.
o The remaining 50% are due 30 days before check-in.
o $300 refundable damage deposit refundable within 5 days of check out

THE LUXURY OCEAN GETAWAY 2BR/2BA:
The Ocean Getaway offers 1,100 square feet including 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The hand cast plaster gives it both a romantic and European feeling. And the 10-foot ceilings, Waterford fireplace, hard wood & limestone floors all add to its ambiance. Exquisite antique furnishings were hand selected and imported from Europe. The kitchen is a chef's dream with granite counter tops, limestone floors, custom cabinets and state of the art appliances- sub zero refrigerator, Wolf's Chef Top stove, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and of course a washer and dryer. The living room is grand and warm – a great gathering area with a Waterford fireplace to add to its ambiance. It has a custom-built entertainment center, which houses a 36-inch TV, DVD and stereo. Enjoy the views, through the glass doors, to the courtyard and grand Italian fountain. The private courtyard has abundant flowers and green shrubbery that can be enjoyed on chaise lounges and 2 sets of dining table and chairs. A large gas grill has also been provided for enjoyment of our local flavors.
THE LUXURY BEACH GETAWAY 2BR/2BA
The Beach Getaway offers about 800 square feet including 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Both bedrooms offer English walnut antique beds and are complimented with a their own full bath. The bathrooms are immaculate - new with limestone floors, granite countertops and French tiles. The sparkling new & open kitchen has hardwood floors and granite counter tops with a cook top range, oven, microwave, dishwasher & refrigerator. Its granite counter tops include a dining area for five. The warm & cozy living room has wood floors, a couch with full pullout bed, TV, DVD and stereo. Enjoy the views, through the glass French door, to the large private courtyard with Italian fountain, chaise lounge, table & chairs, and potted flowers.
THE LUXURY BEACH PENTHOUSE 1 BR/1BA
This ONE OF A KIND retreat is perfect for couples with discriminating taste and a desire for high quality. The Penthouse is a great romantic getaway. Why stay in a hotel/motel when you can bask in the lap of luxury? The Penthouse has been lovingly restored to reflect the true authentic Santa Barbara style. The hand cast plaster, 10-foot vaulted ceilings and hand-selected antiques give it both a romantic and European feeling.
Pamper yourself with the luxury of this rare rooftop Penthouse. Enjoy Southern California specialties in a beautiful kitchen that was designed with the finest quality construction including granite counter tops, limestone floors and custom cabinets made by our own local cabinetmaker PJ Mulligan. It also has state of the art appliances - Sub zero refrigerator, Starbucks Barista Espresso Machine, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, and of course a washer and dryer. THE LUXURY SECRET GETAWAY 1 BR/1BA
The Luxury Secret Getaway is our newest Getaway. It is comparable to our Luxury Beach Penthouse as it also offers one bedroom and one bath. However, the bathroom is larger with a separte shower and Jacuzzi tube. It is immaculately clean and done in limestone. The Secret Getaway also offers a veranda with Bistro set for 2 gas grill and potted flowers. The Secret Getaway has been done in a French provence style with faux painting, limestone floors through out, with carpets to add to the the ambiance and provence style. The living room has a Waterford fireplace and 36" LCD TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and french tile. The Bedroom has a cane queen bed and as described earlier the bathroom is exceptional with separate Jacuzzi tub and a piece of hand crafted stone that is the focal point of the bathroom. The Secret Getaway is a rare retreat is perfect for couples and small families with discriminating taste and a desire for high quality.
The Luxury Seaside Getaway 1 BR/1BA
The Seaside Getaway is brand new and done in the Provence style A reflection of the charm of the days bygone. The kitchen is a chefs dream, fully equipped with wolf stove, granite countertops and custom PJ Mulligan cabinetry done in their seafoam green, a local color of the santa barbara area. The bathroom is immaculate with limestone throughout and large shower for 2 with incredible dual shower heads. It also has a separate Jacuzzi tub that sits below a beautiful piece of stone carved art - the maiden - to relax in after a day at the beach. The warm living room offers a 36' HD TV with DVD with expanded cable and Bose CD music sound system. It also looks out upon a large private encased courtyard complete with Italian fountain, chaise lounges, table and chairs and gas grill. Enjoy the California sun in-between the walks to the beach and town.
