This is the largest single parcel of land in the City limits of Santa Barbara. We are less than a mile to the Historic Old Mission and downtown Santa Barbara. We are also less 2 miles to the beach.
This is city living at its best as our Estate offers an impressive private 400 foot tree lined driveway that leads to the 5 bedroom Estate and Guest house. They both sit magnificently atop the lower Riviera with 180 degree views of the Ocean, Channel Islands, Santa Barbara Harbor & City Skyline, Montecito Mountains and Ventura Coastline.

The second bedroom offers a trundle bed with twin pull out and has glass doors that lead to the large deck with spectacular ocean views. The bathroom is immaculately clean and is made of limestone with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
Off the bedrooms and bathroom is another open great room. This great room has a queen bed with separate sitting area around a fireplace and also has glass doors that lead to the deck.
The downstairs deck has breath taking views of the Ocean, Channel Islands, coastline, City and the overall estate grounds. What a place to relax, enjoy the California sun, California oaks and our wildlife. The deck will have lounge furniture, tables and chairs and potted plants.
The Guest house offers a queen bed, sitting area, full bathroom, Waterford fireplace and private deck of its own.
There are also numerous other areas around the property that offer decks, views and spectacular ambiance for a picnic, with lemon and avacodo trees sparsed out here and there.
This is a rare opportunity in the City of Santa Barbara, with untouched acreage the way Southern California used to be, in a beautiful brand new Estate and guest house.

* $1,500 refundable damage deposit due 60 days prior to arrival and returned within 5 days of check out
