Property Information
This lovely two bedroom, two bath condo sets high
above the Comal River in New Braunfels Texas. The unit has a fully equipped
kitchen, with blender, coffee maker, electric teapot,
microwave, electric cook stove and oven, garbage compactor,
washer and dryer. All the comforts of home but with a beautiful view of the
shortest river in the US from the living room, covered balcony and master
bedroom.
Sister unit on 3rd floor 2/1 sleeps 6 beautiful view from over sized balcony unit located at end of bldg over looking Comal River.

5 minute walk to the Schlitterbahn and
historic downtown New Braunfels with it's German
bakeries, coffe shops, and fine dining in the center of
town. It is two blocks from the city convention center.
Decorated with images of the Texas Bluebonnet and
other Texas memorobilia. The beautiful landscape of
the Texas Hill Country and the view from the master
bedroom and living room of the smallest river in the
United States gives ease to the weary traveler.

The property offers access to the Comal River, a
sparkling riverside swimming pool and two spa's at the
rivers edge. Sit under the shade of the ancient Pecan
Trees and upon the wooden and stone deck as the river
flows gently past.
The master bedroom has a King with private bath,
Queen bedroom and Queen sleeper couch in the living
room. All linens and dishes are provided.
Cable Television throughout, DVD/Video, and television
in all sleeping areas. Clock radios in each bedroom.
Property Activities
For the fisherman you are welcome to take a few steps
to the Comal River bank and drop your hook. For the
float and tubing crowd you can't beat your midway
location from the public entrance to the river. And for
the waterpark crowd you're just a 5 minute walk from
the newest rides in the park. The Wurstfest celebration
is just minutes away and no need to fret over the
parking. For the water skiing crowd the NB area offer
Canyon Lake, Lake McQueeney, and Lake Dunlap.
For those who like to antique shop your in the midst of
the finest shops available. Just 10 minutes from the San
Marcos discount malls, historic Gruene, and 20 minutes
for San Antonio and 30 minutes from the state Capitol
in Austin.
Golf is plentiful and New Braunfels and the surrounding
area offers some of the best in Texas.
