WINTER {October~March} - Our "Winter Carnival" and 10 Super "S" Season - Downhill & Cross Country Skiing; Snowboarding & Snowmobiling; Kids' & Dog Sledding; Snow Shoeing & Ice Skating; and Don't Forget Spectacular Shopping & Apres Skiing! Rent the 3'R'RANCH HOUSE for $1,000 to 6; $1,250 to 8; $1,500 to 10; or $1,750 to 12 guests. OR rent by the night (3 nights minimum) for $200 to 6; $250 to 8; $300 to 10; or $350 to 12 guests. The 3'R' will be your own Private Ski Lodge! Inside it has a large Stone Fireplace and a heat radiating Wood Stove on the first level to set a Cozy Atmosphere for evenings; a Gas Fireplace in the upper Den for Enjoying Morning Coffee; and a Jet-Tub to Soak Away the Soreness from Winter sport activities. Outside there are lots of interlacing Cross Country Trails which criss-cross the Triple "R"; a Private Pond for Ice Skating & Ice Fishing and lots of room for the Kids to Play! Plus there are hills for Sledding and Special Trails for Ski Touring and Snowmobiling nearby. And you'll be under an hour's drive to either (a)the Big Mountain Ski Area (which offers both Downhill & Cross Country Skiing as well as Snowmobiling), (b) Blacktail Ski Area (which offers both Downhill & Cross Country Skiing) and (c) the beautiful Swan River Nature Trail for scenic Ski Touring or Snow Shoeing. Come SEE & SKI Glacier's "Spectacular Snow" Country!
SPRING {April~May}: Our "Wild Flower" & "Wild White Water" Season!: Rent the 3'R'RANCH HOUSE for $1,000 to 6; $1,250 to 8; $1,500 to 10; or $1,750 to 12 guests. OR rent by the night (3 nights minimum) for $200 to 6; $250 to 8; $300 to 10; or $350 to 12 guests.
Come and Experience the Grandeur of Glacier Park's blooming Wild Flowers and its Cascading Waters as Nature Springs to Life! Come and Enjoy Glacier's "GREAT GOLF" COUNTRY! And, for Super Adventure during Glacier Country's surging White Water Season, go White Water Rafting or Kayaking - on your own or with highly skilled and experienced guides!
PAYMENT: $500 reserves the 3'R' with the entire balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Personal Checks!
CANCELLATION: If you have to cancel we will make every effort to re-rent your space and, if successful, we will refund your rental deposit less a $100 Cancellation Fee which may be used as a Credit on a future rental.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $250 Security Deposit for Loss, Damage or Excess Soiling is due upon your arrival. It is refundable within 10 days of your departure.
OTHER FEES: A 7% Montana Accomodation Tax is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Your rental payment includes a Cleaning Fee so please don't worry about cleaning during your visit! As Guests at the Triple "R" your three jobs are Restin', Relaxin' and Recreatin'!
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE: We offer Hotel Quality but we reject Hotel Rigidity! Your Vacation Time is Precious so we'll try to maximize your use time at the 3'R'with the understanding that we do need (a) access to the premises and (b) sufficient time to Clean & Prepare them for our incoming guests! Our goal is to Make the Ranch Immaculate for each set of Guests. We will try to get you onsite as Early as Possible! Plan to arrive at 3pm (or maybe earlier if we can have your space ready!) and please depart by Noon following your Last Night.

The RANCH HOUSE & FLATHEAD FLAT can be rented either Conjuctively (i.e. for Large Groups; Family Vacations or Reunions; Corporate or Group Retreats or Weddings) OR Separately for Couples, Smaller Families or Small Groups. Both the 3'R' HOUSE and FLAT are Spacious but Warm & Cozy and each has Great Amenities, Fabulous Mountain & River Views and Beautiful Decor. You'll feel Completely Relaxed & Quite Comfortable in either one or both of these dwelling units!
SLEEPING - (1)The Upper Tri-Level RANCH HOUSE sleeps 16+; Level 1: (a)1 BR w/ a Queen Bed & Bath; (b) 1 Sitting Area w/ a Twin Sofa Bed; Level 2: (a) a Master BR w/ a King Bed with a 100% Pure Latex Foam Mattress; a Bath with a double Jet-Tub and a Private Balcony w/ Fabulous Views!(b)1 BR w/ a Queen Bed w/ a Latex Foam Top Mattress & Bath and Great Views; and (c) a Den w/ a Hide-a-Bed.
