VERY UNIQUE LOCATION:
Great for summer vacations with lots of diverse activities for all ages. Located on a very clean lake with private beach and docks and two private tennis courts.
Great for winter vacations also with Shawnee Peak Ski Mountain less than 1/8 of a mile from the front door of the town house. Most extensive night skiing in the Northeast. Or ski one of the many other nearby mountains; Sunday River, Wildcat, Attitash/Black Mountain. Extensive Cross Country Skiing available on the lakes or on the trails nearby.
May be rented with six or ten people with the rates adjusted accordingly. No Smoking and No Pets. This facility is very well equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, three fully baths, sun deck, outside closet for equipment, as well as a washer and dryer.
