Come stay in our beautiful, three bedroom, two bath, waterfront condominium at The Ledges Condominium Complex. We're located in the heart of Osage Beach, just three miles off Highway 54. By water, we're at the 20.5 mile marker on the breathtaking Lake of the Ozarks.
Our large master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, walk-in closet, cable TV with VCR, and seperate sliding door to the deck. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The second full bathroom is adjacent to both the second and third bedrooms. Our full kitchen is stocked with all you'll need for cooking indoor or outdoor meals. We have games, movies, puzzles, books and magazines in the living room along with cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo and high speed internet modem. The dining area seats six at the table and three more at the counter. There is seating for eight outside on the large deck overlooking the water. The deck has a gas grill and two ceiling fans to keep you cool on those hot summer days. There is also a private stairway off the deck which leads directly to the lake. We have either 10 x 24 or 10 x 30 covered, cove protected slips, which are a very SHORT walk from the condo.
The Ledges offers two pools (one on the point with a ten mile view) and a sandy beach area.
The lake offers over 240 holes of golf. We are a short car ride to Big Surf Water Park, Osage Beach Premium Outlet Mall with over 110 top name sotres, a five screen cinema, Ozark State Park, antique stores, country sampler shops, boutiques and more. There are over 100 restaurants (many on or overlooking the water) that will satisfy any taste from gourmet to fast food. Take the car or boat to the lakefront nightlife!
