Put a little color in your life. Come enjoy our beautiful townhouse with spectacular panoramic views of the ocean, saltwater marsh, and Hunting Island. It is a short, two minute walk to the wide sandy beach where you can sunbathe while watching the dolphins playing and the colorful shrimp boats sailing by. Or, you can stroll along the beach and find any of the numerous shells that wash up on shore.
This townhouse is gorgeously renovated with nary a white wall to be seen. It has a fully equipped kitchen, cable in the living room and master bedroom, and Bali retreat style furnishing complete with mosquito netting in the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private bath, plus there is a half bath off the living room.
In addition to the pool in the complex, you have free access to a large resort pool (complete with kiddie pool), a playground, volleyball, 4 clay tennis courts, and a fitness center in the newly renovated club. All these amenities are included in the rental fee.

We are staffed at the office 7 days/week to help you in planning your vacation or for any needs that may arise during your stay. We also have someone on-call 24 hours/day for emergencies. We have a large selection of both small and large vacation homes and villas, ranging from traditional beach homes to exciting luxury homes situated on the beach! We have three barrier islands near Beaufort, South Carolina: Fripp Island, Harbor Island, and Hunting Island.

Rate Description: Please add 11% South Carolina Sales and Accommodations tax to daily and weekly rentals, plus a $75 reservation/damage waiver fee.
Fee Description: DAILY rentals do NOT include departure cleaning (cost varies by size of home), Harbor Island car passes, and/or amenity cards for Fripp guests, if normally included in weekly rentals.
Driving Directions: From the south: Take I-95 North, take S.C. exit 8 (Hwy 278/Beaufort/Hilton Head). Turn onto Hwy 278, toward Hilton Head/Beaufort. Travel approximately 4 miles and turn left at the sign for Beaufort. (If you pass the Wal-Mart, you missed the turn). Stay on this road until it dead-ends at Hwy 170. Turn left onto Hwy 170 and continue for about 11miles, cross the Broad River Bridge, and turn right onto Hwy 802 (the next right turn after the bridge at the BP Gas Station). Take this road for a couple of miles until it comes to an end and turn right to stay on the same hwy. Stay on Hwy 802 (you’ll cross over the bridge by Parris Island) until you come to a fairly major intersection with a CVS, a gas station, a Hardee’s, and an auto parts store. Turn right at this intersection. You will still be on Hwy 802. (You’ll know it’s the right turn because you’ll see signs for Fripp Island). At all times, follow the signs toward Fripp. You’ll cross another bridge over to Lady’s Island. After crossing the bridge, travel another mile or 2 and make a right hand turn onto Hwy 21. A video rental store and a Publix will be at this intersection. Go approx 15 miles on Hwy 21. You’ll go over one final drawbridge and then turn left onto Harbor Island. Once you pass through the security gates, follow the road out toward the beach (you need to hand the security guards your pass(es)). At the curve, turn right onto South Harbor Drive. You will see the Cedar Reef Villas to your left. Look for building A, unit 202, right side of parking lot. From the north: Go I-95 South, take exit 33 (US-17 N) toward Charleston/Beaufort. Go approximately 8.5 miles and turn right onto US-21 S/Trask Pkwy. Follow US-21 S/Trask Pkwy for about 14 miles, then stay straight to go onto US-21 BR/Boundary St. Continue to follow US-21 BR, which becomes US-21. Continue another 13 miles and turn left onto Harbor Island. From there, follow the directions above.
Minimum Rental Period (Days): Typically 7 nights during the summer and 3 nights during the off season.
