Calendar is based weekly starting on Fridays.
Rates are based on 4 persons occupying the retreat. Each additional person, including children (except infants), are extra.
Rates include everything as listed under "inclusions".
GST (Goods & Services Tax - 5%) is applicable to all rates; Accommodation Tax (5%) applicable on all rentals under 30 days duration.

You are responsible for bringing, cooking and cleaning up all of your own meals, snacks, beverages, laundry soap and other supplies, any items of a personal nature such as: razors, toothpaste, etc., swimsuits, water shoes and extra beach towels; children's lifevests, we recommend you bring water shoes.

Split, dry firewood for fireplaces and campfires, propane barbecue on deck, use of rowboat, and canoe (6 standard lifevests supplied), access to neighbouring harbour to dock your boat, access to neighbouring 130 acres of land with 5km groomed trails, a welcome basket of various light snacks, and our own private label "Rocky Shores - Special Reserve" wine.
