The town has everything to offer: Great Beaches, the NC Aquarium, Great Restaurants, Golf Courses, a lively Carolina Beach and just a short drive to the Historic Downtown of Wilmington NC!!

This great spot is available all year long. Rates vary depending on time of year. It is rented from 2 PM Saturday to 11 AM the following Saturday.

In order to provide more affordable rates, it is the renter's responsibility to clean the condo to the level it was when they arrived. Cleaning supplies are provided.
