Kona View Condo at Kona Pacific condominium complex is in the heart of romantic Kailua-Kona Town – the shining jewel of the Big Island’s golden west side, famous for its sunny beaches, azure-blue sea, and stunning sunsets.
Beach activities along the coast are within walking distance of Kona View Condo - world-class deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, sailing, para-sailing, hiking, windsurfing, shelling, rafting, biking, and much, much more. You can walk or take the Alii shuttle to Kahalu’u Beach Park (ranked among the best snorkeling reefs in the Islands). Excellent golfing is available at nearby Kona Country Club Ocean Golf Course.
Also within blocks of Kona View Condo are a wide variety of restaurants, boutiques and shops intermingled with other commercial establishments such as banks and grocery stores. One can easily arrange while strolling this area, interesting day tours to coffee plantations, the volcano, Hilo and more. One wouldn’t need a car while a guest at this location!
Once the capital of King Kamehameha the Great, this area is rich in historical sites, including the Hulihe Palace, Kealakekua Bay (the site of Captain Cook’s death) and nearby Puuhonua o Honaunau National Historical Park, a completely reconstructed “place of refuge” where defeated warriors and commoners who had broken taboos could seek sanctuary.
Besides the location (Location!! Location!!!) of Kona View Condo, guests can also enjoy a spectacular 180 degree panoramic view of ocean scenes (sunsets, cruise ships, para sailing, etc) to the cooler mountain slopes to the east.
Outside is a beautiful, large pool surrounded by gorgeous tropical gardens and a spacious deck and barbeque overlooking the Pacific Ocean. There is underground parking and an elevator to all floors in the building. Kona Pacific condominiums are QUIET due to the concrete construction of the building.
Inside, Kona View Condo is filled with many personal extras; CD collection of Hawaiian music, books on Hawaiian history, culture and Big Island sights. Even binoculars for viewing whales, dolphin, and turtles – all the ocean activity that is about a block away!
The Makai (master bedroom) furnished with a king bed, 7 drawer dresser, nightstand and television, shares the panoramic 180 degree view from ocean to mountains.
The large newly remodeled kitchen is complete with dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, spices, - you name it! There are two full bathrooms and the master bath even has a spa!
