Four level, newly renovated, spacious 100 year-old house includes: laundry room, three kitchens, three living rooms (one living room arranged as a play room for children), large formal dining room, four bathrooms, eight bedrooms, all-season, wrap-around glass/screen porch with lighted ceiling fans and view of the ocean. Main level has a back deck with BBQ and enclosed outdoor shower. Third floor deck has panoramic views of ocean, harbor and Rachel Carson Wildlife Reserve. Hardwood floors, direct TV, phone with free national calling plan, High-Speed Internet Access on all levels, W/D, dishwasher and microwave. Sleeps 22 in beds, and 26 w/pullouts and futons.
