Property Information

One of the largest vacation homes in the Historical District. This luxury vacation home is located on Palace Ave. a short walk to the Plaza and Canyon Road.This completely remodeled home is perfect for small and large groups and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. The large fully equipped granite kitchen is open to the great room with it's large flat panel TV and fireplace. There is lot's of comfortable seating in the great room. The home has full air conditioning for summer stays. The master bedroom and downstairs bedroom also have large flat panel TV's. There is instant hot water in all bathrooms and the kitchen. There is a 5 person Jacuzzi/hot tub in the enclosed green house. This vacation rental house makes a Santa Fe vacation fun and easy for families and friends.

You'll love walking 4 blocks down Palace Ave to the historic Plaza; or over to Canyon Road; or strolling to museums, galleries, restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, grocery store. Ski 1/2 hour up the mountain, or take the kids sledding in the park. Come home and relax in the big bubbling hot tub with foot massage jets before you gather for drinks on the big breezy front patio. Then walk to dinner at one of Santa Fe's many fine restaurants, or grill on the gas or charcoal grills in the private yard.

Built in the 1950's and remodeled in 2008, Casa Bonita is beautifully furnished with a tasteful mix of neat antiques, plush sofas and firm beds. Original art by New Mexico artists and fun Southwest artifacts are on display, and richly colored rugs brighten the oak floors throughout. Hand plastered tinted walls and a nice big fireplace add ambiance. Fine cotton sheets, thick towels, robes, down pillows will give you a luxurious experience. There are flower gardens in the front and back yards.

Terms and Conditions:
* Small or large groups welcome. Rates cover up to 10 people.
* Children are welcome.
* 3 night minimum late fall and winter, except Holidays.
* 5 night minimum spring, summer and early fall.
* 7 night minimum over Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.
* 7th night is FREE for weekly bookings, except holiday weeks.
* Shorter bookings accepted for infill year-round, and also within 1 month of arrival.
* Last minute DISCOUNTS for bookings within two weeks of arrival.
* $200 Exit Clean for 6 or fewer, $300 for large groups of 7 or more. Weekly Cleaning at $200-$300 required for multi-week stays. More frequent Maid Service is available by prior arrangement.
* $1000 Deposit, refundable if no damage or excessive cleaning fees.
*Tax according to current law. This a licensed short term rental home. Taxes are currently included in the price.
* Reservation deposit of 1/2 rent is due within one week of verbal reservation, paid by check/Mastercard/Visa. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
* Cancellation policy: Confirmed reservations are considered binding. We will issue a refund if we are able to rebook the dates, less a $50 administration fee.
* Sorry, Pets NOT allowed. Guests with allergies rely on this.
* No Smoking inside; smokers may use the covered front porch.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard

Check In: Check in is after 3pm. You must meet with Poncho at Casa Bonita to get the keys and be shown the systems.

Check Out: Check out is before 11am. You must meet with Poncho to return the fees when you leave.

Deposits: 50% of the total at time of booking if paying the non discounted rate. If you want the 20% discount the entire amount must be paid at time of booking.

Lodging Tax: Tax is currently included

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 61 days or more before your arrival we charge you 20% of the total rent. If you cancel 60 days or less from your date of arrival there is no refund but we will book you for another date.

Other Fees: $1000 security deposit is returned 30-45 days after your stay. $200- $300 cleaning fee depending how Casa Bonita was left.

Other Policies: There is no smoking in Casa Bonita
