DIRECT OCEAN FRONT CONDO… the only thing in front of your condo is some landscaping, the boardwalk over the dunes and the beach! This GOLD RATED Condo is located within the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort ( Building A ) and is a short boardwalk away from the beach. Our GOLD RATED 3rd Floor, ocean-facing, corner unit Condo looks out onto the Dunes/Ocean directly in front of you and the swimming pool is to your left. A short boardwalk leads you from the Condo over the Dunes and to the beach! Or you can follow it to the left and head over to the beach front swimming pool and Tiki Bar! Yet as close as we are to the beach and amenities our Condo retains the privacy and serenity of a corner unit with extra windows in the bedroom and kitchen.

After a wonderful day of sun and surf when returning to your front row condo with the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board (provided), you will be glad your condo is so close to the beach! An updated, bright and comfortable condo awaits you for transition into some time for R&R.

Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the outdoor pool, one of the largest on the island, and kiddy pool provide the ideal spot to soak up the sun! A playground area and picnic grounds, complete with barbecue grills, are also available at the resort. The property includes a lighted 10-court tennis center, with pro shop and a staff that can provide private or group lessons, just call the Pro Shop for reservations. Beach volleyball can be enjoyed as well as bike and rollerblade rentals in season. The recreation staff prepares daily activities from Memorial Day through Labor Day for children.
