If your planning a trip to the Disney area, why not make it a memorable vacation and enjoy the benefits of staying at our newly built immaculate Luxury 4 bedroom villa for less than you will spend in a small hotel room. Mickey is eagerly awaiting your arrival.
This family-owned spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath, air conditioned villa (which accommodates up to 8 people) with a private south facing heated and screened pool and patio provides everything that your family could need to have a memorable and fun stay in the Disney area. This villa loves kids of all ages.
Full facilities are provided in the kitchin including dishwasher, oven, waste disposal, full size fridge freezer with ice making facilities. Dinning area with table and chairs, also a breakfast bar over looking the kitchen area. All crockery, utensils, cups, glasses etc are all ready for use. There is also a coffee maker, toaster and waffle maker. Everything is ready for you to make this a home from home.
The family room offers a Television with a DVD and VCR player for those who wish to relax and take in a good movie. There is also a TV in the master bedroom with VCR. Both TVs have cable tv connected. There is also a telephone in the main living area so that you can keep in touch with your friends back home. The main family room has patio doors leading out to the patio and pool area.
If you are like us, you will soon discover that after a busy day at the parks, there is nothing better than relaxing with the family at your very own private heated south facing pool and patio. The pool also serves as an excellent setting to enjoy your morning coffee in the screened enclosure before the kids appear for their morning pancakes. The patio is covered and comes complete with table and 4 chairs plus two lounge chairs for complete relaxation.
The villa will accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed large walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. The other double room has a queen size double bed and large built in storage space. The other two bedrooms consist of 2 single beds in each room, both again with plenty of built in storage facilities. The second bathroom serves these rooms and includes a bath and shower facilities.
IMPORTANT - FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THE WONDERFUL FLORIDA SUNSHINE - A SOUTH FACING POOL AREA IS A MUST, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE VACATIONING DURING THE WINTER MONTHS (OCTOBER - APRIL). THE SOUTH FACING ASPECT OF THIS VILLA ENSURES YOU HAVE SUNSHINE ON THE DECK ALL DAY LONG.

Our Villa is conveniently located to everything you might possibly need during your stay. Disney World, which includes the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, and Typhoon Lagoon, is a 12-15 minute drive away. Don't forget about Disney Downtown, which offers an area alive with unique shops, theaters, shows, and top-notch restaurants all in a beautiful outdoor setting along the water. Other area attractions including Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and Sea World are a quick 10 minutes further on I-4. There are numerous golf courses less than 10 minutes away. The Greg Norman designed Champions Gate Golf Course is only 5 minutes from our Villa. There is even some miniature golf courses in the area that kids of all ages will enjoy.
The Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach along with other east coach beaches are a 1 hour drive to the east. If you haven't been to the Kennedy Space Center before, we highly recommend it. Be sure to take the tour when you get there. The tour allows you access to areas that are off limits to the general public. It's well worth the trip and you and your family won't be disappointed. To the west of our Villa, the Tampa and St. Petersburg area along with the white sands of the Gulf Coast area are little over an hours drive away.
As you can see we are in a perfect central location. One of the many things that we like about our location is that we are set in a quiet, peaceful location, away from all of the tourist congestion and traffic. But not so far that we can't quickly get to any of the attractions that we enjoy. You will really appreciate this aspect of our location after you've enjoyed a long day at the Parks and are looking for a quiet evening lounging around the Pool or enjoying a swim.
Retail and Restaurants
There is an enormous amount of retail shopping, banks, convenience stores, outlet malls and an abundance of restaurants to suit all budgets. There is a brand new Publix Grocery Store and Walgreen Pharmacy less than a mile away for your convenience. As for restaurants, there are too many to list. You will find any type of restaurant you are looking for along Highway 27 and Highway 192. Whether you are in the mood for American, Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, Italian or even take-out, it is all available for you.
Just minutes from Disney and other Orlando attractions. The Kennedy Space Center and beaches are just an hour away. Convenient to restaurants and shopping for any of your needs.
