destination all year round. The Villas are close proximity to alpine and cross country ski areas, sledding hills and Tahoe City. In the summer, public beaches and hiking trails are a short distance away. A paved bike path is just outside the front door. You can also swim in the complex pool and play tennis on one of two tennis courts.
