mattresses, new queen sofabed. One bedroom one bath
plus sleeping loft. Full size kitchen appliances like new
condition. June is usually quite warm especially last two
weeks of June. Hand painted custom Maine cottage
style furniture.
OCEANFRONT! The deck provides panoramic vistas of
the water & gardens. There is a stone walkway to our
private sandy beach. We feature pillow topped
mattresses with fluffy new pillows & lovely light, bright
white natural cotton comforters. You will never find a
better place to stay for spectacular views of sandy
beach and ocean--You can reach out and touch it --it
is so close-Swimming is great too - Nearby is a movie
theatre that serves food and beverages. This is a very
private property with no cottages to the right or left of
it which is unique in a beach community. You are lulled
to sleep by the crashing waves & salt air! You can fish
right out in front for stripers and Blues depending on
the season. Many return each year and so please try a
June or Sept week which are often warm and dry & very
clear views. Cottage painted furniture adds to the
