Beautifully landscaped, 31/2-acre private island dream located in an excellent fishing, diving and snorkeling area in North Eleuthera. This enchanted "PRIVATE" Island is located approximately 40 miles from Nassau in the northern Islands of Eleuthera, Bahamas. It is just a 15-minute boat ride to Spanish Wells, where you can rent a golf cart and tour around the Village. This Island Paradise features a lush natural sub-tropical vegetation of lovely Coconut Grove with hammocks, perfect for relaxing. Enjoy fruit from the Sea grape vines, bananas and coconut trees.
The 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms main residence is fully furnished and decorated by a professional Interior Decorator. The main residence has 1,500 sq. ft. of living space with ceiling fans, a/c, ceramic tile floors and Satellite for TV and Internet. This lovely home will sleep 8-10 guest comfortable.
This spacious open plan home features a charming living and dining room combination.
The full kitchen is just off the dining room and includes all modern appliances for the most convenient lifestyle. Gorgeous sea views are visible from every room. There are covered porch's at the front and rear entrances where you can sit and eat breakfast, lunch, or just relax and take in the surrounding beauty. There is also has a caretakers cottage that is equipped for all the comfort that anyone would dream to live. A cabana is located at the west end of the Island with a cool breeze anytime of the day. There is a large wooden boat dock on the south side and pilings are already in place for a dock on the west side. There is a natural helicopter pad should you wish to fly directly to the Island.
There are three unique sandy beaches perfect for swimming, sunbathing, fishing or collecting shells. There are two shallow draught boats included, a runabout with a 55 hp motor, and 26 ft. Sea cat with twin 150 hp motors. This Island is self-supported by nature. A full solar system, a wind generator and a 15 kW back up generator supply power for the main house and the caretaker residence. There is a 30 K gallon rainwater tank to supply the main house with water through a filter system. There are two water storage tanks to supply water through a filter system to the caretaker cottage. The Island has a desalination back up system equipped to take care of the salt water. There is also a separate storage
laundry building equipped with a washing machine and a large gas grill for outdoor cooking pleasure. There are many locations on the Island for future development as well as a perfect location for a small marina.
Upon request, the kitchen and refrigerator can be stocked with your requirements, you can pay per the receipt upon your arrival.

There is an identical covered porch on each end of the house for you to eat, sit or just relax. Picturesque sea views abound from every window. The custom built kitchen is just off the living and dining area and includes all modern appliances for the most convenient lifestyle. We can arrange for some or all of your meals to be cooked and served at your convenience. We can arrange to stock the pantry and fridge with whatever you desire at additional cost.
ISLAND HIGHLIGHTS: Electricity on the island is provided by a complete solar and windmill system in addition to a 15-kilowatt generator for the air conditioning if required.
