Located mid cape, on a dead end street, 5 minute walk to small private beach on Kelly’s Bay, adjacent to Follins Pond and Bass River which flows into the ocean side of the Cape. Several golf courses close by. Many awesome sandy Dennis Ocean or Bay beaches are within 3 miles. Bike path accross the street. Boat Ramps-bay+oceon close by. Brail Trail Park .4 miles, with tennis, basket ball, soccer, baseball, playground, walking trail etc. Cape Cod offers, biking, golf, whale watching, fishing, shell fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, jet skiing, National Sea shore, historic and wildlife tours, Kennedy museum, concerts, plays, antiques, arts and crafts shows, kids amusements. “a no smoking home”

All of the comforts of home, thank you for sharing your home with us. Mayflower beach was beautiful. The outside shower was a great experience. The lobsters from Dick & Ellies outrageous. It was nice to be centrally located to so much. We loved all of the accents of Cape Cod throughout your home. Beds were nice and comfy.
