A major restoration was just completed in January 2005 and includes a completely-new kitchen and tile floors .The Masterbedroom has a queen size bed and spacing walking closet. In the living-room also a queen-size sleeper sofa. The condominium has a general use coin laundry facility on site.

The Merritt Island wildlife refuge which surrounds the Kennedy Space Center is home to various endangered and threatened wildlife species and can be toured year round. Delta rocket launches can be viewed from all along the beach.
This well situated complex is just 45 minutes from the Orlando Airport, 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, and only 60 minutes from Disney.
Major cruise lines and gambling ships are located in
Port Canaveral just minutes away. Casino ships depart twice daily, offering free admission and free deli buffet. From casual to elegant dining, Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach has a large variety of restaurants to choose from.
The entire area is blessed with some of the finest boating opportunities available.
