Property Information
If your looking for a small quaint town without all the hustle and bustle then Brooksvile is the place for you. Two miles from Walmart and ten miles from the Gulf Coast.
Our house is a 1940s luxury home. We purchased it three years ago and are the second owners of this beautiful property. Well manicured lawns with oak and magnolia trees. Hedges surround the property giving you privacy. Tennis courts are adjacent along with basketball goal. In the backyard is the screened enclosed pool and jacuzzi. The pool is solar heated and maintained weekly all year. Also in the back yard is a gazebo for relaxing in our hammocks.
Inside we have a music room with player piano lots of player rolls. Next you go into the family room for relaxation and satellite TV with all the movie channels. From there you enter into to spacious kitchen with floor to ceiling cabinets and all the amenities a kitchen needs. Next is our formal dining room and living room all in antiques. The master bedroom suite completes the downstairs with two double beds, two walk-in closets, and a garden tub in the master bath. Four doors go out into the pool area. There is another wing off the music room with laundry room and bath and office area.
Upstairs is three other bedrooms and a small library all done in antiques. Books galore in the library that you can read. Full bath completes the upstairs. This home has hardwood floors throughout along with carpet and tile. The home is very livable and you will not want to leave!
