50% of rental is due 30 days prior to occupancy with the remainder due by occupancy.
$200.00 cleaning charge

The town home sleeps 10 and features four bedrooms - King, two queens, a single over a double bunkbed, and a sleeper sofa. The dinning room seats eight at a large country table. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area and is equipped with a dishwasher, deluxe refrigerator and center island. It is fully stocked so you can prepare meals with ease. A slate rock fireplace that runs on gas and ignites with a flick of a switch will provide the ambiance you need at the end of a spectacular day. There is a large Jacuzzi tub 30 paces from the front door.

There are bicycles available for your use with many bike trails beginning in Driggs. Hiking in the area is magnificent with beauty and serenity all around you. Art n' Craft festivals and balloon races are just some of the Summer/ Fall activities to be enjoyed.
