Property Information
Diamond Acres is a beautifully restored Victorian Mansion set in the countryside 20 minuites north east of downtown London, Ontario. The house features all the comforts one could ever ask for. Wonderful views from every angle, not to mention beautiful furnishings are just some of the features at Diamond Acres. Woodburning fireplaces are original to the turn of the century style of this home. Two main floor sitting rooms, and dining room seating for 12 at all times, make this location perfect for family reunions, or weekend getaways for small groups.
The 3rd floor of this house features
a "cheers" type bar fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and fridge, surrounded by a pool table area, a big screen t.v. area, as well as a dining area suitable for entertaining or playing games of all sorts. Separate exercise room provides a crosstrainer and a washroom. Additional sleeping space is also provided for family gatherings.
Outdoor features are seasonal. BBQ facilities are provided for group
bookings. The Gazebo area can be rented for additional family gatherings for guests booked in the main house. Rehearsal dinners, family birthdays, reunions, and private corporate events are all possibilities for our registered Guests.
Summer months provide the use of an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis facilities.
Our Guests enjoy personalized services which can be arranged on request. Many Guests simply book a few days to get away and experience luxury at its finest. Year round availability make this also a great location for the Guest looking to find a home away from home while doing business in London for a few days or on a weekly
basis. The quick commute to London, St Mary's, Stratford, Fanshaw Park and surrounding areas make this a perfect location. The University of Western Ontario is a short 15 minuite drive, as are all the hospitals and corporate facilities that London has to offer.

Victorian Coach House Apartment Rental:

Modern apartment living with a sense of history. This rental unit is over the victorian coachouse on the Diamond Acres B&B property at 22076 Nissouri Rd., Thorndale Ontario (10 mins northeast of London Ontario).
The one-bedroom apartment has approx. 1,700 square feet of livable space. Living room provides a pull out couch and extra cots are available on request. Kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove and microwave oven as well as washer and dryer in a separate laundry room in the apartment.
Two bathrooms are provided, one is a powder room, and the other has a walk-in shower. Gas heating services the unit along with its own hydro meter. For rentals longer than one month, tennant pays their own services. Air conditioning provided.
Weekly rates: $800.00 all inclusive ( up to 4 people) 100.00 per additional person. All weekly rentals are confirmed in advance upon booking via Paypal. Security deposit required, and fully refundable upon inspection. Check in is 12-noon. Check out 10:30 a.m. or by prior arrangement. Monthly rates are available upon request.
