Five minute drive to new Albuquerque BioPark Aquarium and Botanical Gardens and our wonderful zoo. Many activities within a block. GuacaMolly Trolley passes in front of house for transportation to other parts of town. Many musical events very close by. Less than an hour to Santa Fe by car or shuttle bus.
