Ocean Dunes is as close as you can get to the ocean with out getting wet ! As you can see in the pictures, all you have to do is open the sliding back door, down the steps, across the grass, and your on the beach. No halls or elevators, nothing between you and the beach!
Unit #16, is on the second floor of a 2 story condo. It’s a 1 bed room 1 bath, with a hide-a-bed in the living room.
Pool ?? who needs a pool when you have all this water to play in. If you would like a pool, the Cocoa Beach Recreation Complex, just minutes from Ocean Dunes at the end of the Minutemen Causeway, offers golf, tennis, handball and swimming. Shopping, and Dining are as close as the beach. Located in down town Cocoa Beach, 2 buildings north of some of the best restaurants in Cocoa Beach. Including Cocoa Nuts, Fischer’s Seafood, Bernard’s Surf, Rusty’s Seafood and Oyster Bar, and many others !!
