Abaco Condos welcomes you to an intimate island resort with easy access to beaches and a plethora of other amenities. The resort is nestled in a beautiful island garden setting. It consists of newly renovated and privately owned luxury condominiums. In each of the buildings there are four or eight, two bedroom, two bath units. Each is appointed to offer you all of the comforts of home away from home with a design that is ideal for tranquility and privacy.
Marsh Harbour is the "capital city" of the Abaco chain of cays and islands that is part of the archipelago of The Bahamas. Marsh Harbour is aptly named for its beautiful and natural harbour that forms the center of this small island community. `
On-site resort amenities include a private pool, beach access, and tennis courts all a short walk from your accommodations. Just outside of the gates of the complex are fine restaurants, boutiques, souvenir shops, as well as boat, car, bicycle, and scooter rentals, and so much more, all within a reasonable walking distance.
All of the units are beautifully designer decorated and provide the best of island living and comfort. In your private island hideaway you will find a living and dining area, two bedrooms (with a queen size bed in the Master suite and two twin beds in the Guest suite), two bathrooms, (Master bath has a shower and the Guest bath has a large bath tub with shower), a fully equipped modern kitchen, cable TV, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, washer/dryer, and private balconies. A queen size sofa bed is also provided in the living area allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6 people. In addition, all units have top quality ceramic tile floors and granite counter tops throughout.
Another feature of our Abaco Condos is twenty-four hour security, allowing you to enjoy the peace of mind required for your perfect vacation.

Unit Size:
All units are two (2) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. Master Suite has a queen size bed and bathroom with shower. Guest Suite has twin beds and bathroom with large bathtub with shower. Sofa has queen size pull out bed.
Minimum stay of three (3) nights, additional charge for less than 3 nights.
Low Season:
September 1st. through November 31st.
$200.00 per night.

Rates apply to occupancy of one (1) to four (4) people per unit over the age of twelve (12).

Great Abaco Island is located approximately 170 miles off the cost of Florida. Marsh Harbour International Airport has air service from Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Miami, Florida, which are less than an hour’s plane ride. There are also flights of approximately 35 minutes out of Nassau, Bahamas.
The Abacos climate allows for all year round enjoyment, with average temperatures ranging between 70* to 85* degrees.
The Abaco islands are world known for sailing, boating and fishing in the magnificent clear blue waters of the Atlantic and the tranquil Sea of Abaco. The beautiful crystal clear waters also allows for swimming, snorkeling, and scuba diving.
