The villa is a townhouse located on the beach and next to the Ocean Club and
3 hotels down the beach from Atlantis.
There are 3 bed rooms and 3 1/2 baths.
There are 1 king size, 1 queen size and 2 Twin beds.
The first floor contains the kitchen, living room, dining room and 1/2
bathroom. There are screen doors that lead to a terrace with a seating area
for 8 and the pool. The Beach is on the left of you when you walk out of
the screen doors. The beach is about 150 feet from the house.
On the 2nd floor there is the master bedroom with a terrace, and a guest
room, and with 2 full bath rooms.
The 3rd floor contains a studio. There is a queen size bedroom and a full Bath and a big private terrace with chairs for private tanning.
The villa was renovated in June 2006.
Atlantis: this condo is not a part of the Atlantis complex. It is next door. The Atlantis shops, casino, marina, beach, and restaurants are open to the public. The pools are for the use of the guests. However, you can purchase a day pass for $200.00 for up to 4 people by calling Atlantis at 363-3000 on a daily basis. You can not book the day passes in advance.
Towels: There are linen and towels in the villa.
Beach Towels: Are provided
Shampoo, soap, toilet paper: As curtsey to our guest, small amounts of soap, and toilet paper are supplied, but generally not included in the rental unit.
Blow Dryer: There are no blow dryers in the villa. Please pack one.
Electricity: is the same as USA and Canada voltage.
Iron and Iron Board: are provided inside the storage closet on the main floor.
Internet Connection: Wire Less connections
Kitchen: there is a full kitchen with stove, oven, full fridge and freezer, coffee maker, blender, Microwave, and dish washer, in the villa.
Washer and dryer: There are washers and dryers for your use in a special storage area to the right side of the main entrance door. You are welcome to use them, but the detergents are not supplied.
Cable TV: there are 2 TV’s in the villa and are both on Cable TV.
