Property Information
This brand new three bedroom, three and a half bath villa in Dawn Beach Estates is located on the Atlantic Ocean with a spectacular view of St Barth's. Villa Dolfijn has very spacious, all one level living. All rooms have a spectacular view of the ocean and access to a very impressive 1500 square foot pool deck and outside dining area.
Villa Dolfijn has a private infinity edge pool that rests above the ocean. The villa has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. The house is furnished with beautiful imported teak, rattan furniture, wide screen TV, CD, DVD player and surround sound system.
Villa Dolfijn also has a one bedroom master suite that can be locked out from the main residence, for total privacy, and can be rented as a one bedroom unit with its own gourmet kitchen and luxurious living room, wide screen TV, CD, DVD player and surround sound system . The master suite is furnished with marble floors, walk in closets, a four poster king size bed, master bathroom, with Jacuzzi, separate marble shower and toilet facilities. This suite is fit for a King and Queen.
Dolfijn is perfectly situated on the Dutch side, only a short distance from Marigot, capital of French St. Martin and just a few minutes from Philipsburg, the Dutch side capital. The Dutch side of the island offers you great casinos and fantastic nightlife while the French side has wonderful dining for your pleasure.
